Ground is FREE on all purchases (most deliveries will arrive 5-7 business days) with in the 48 continuous states**: Orders placed by 11:00 AM Central Time Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) usually will go out the same day. All order placed after will be shipped the next business day.
** For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, only FedEx Express Saver and Overnight services/prices are available. NOTE: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All of our shipments require a signature for delivery. Please use shipping addresses where someone will be available to sign. The rates we quote for shipping and handling are valid for most orders. However, for very large orders, the stated shipping and handling fees may be inadequate, in which case, we reserve the right to modify the shipping and handling fees. We will contact you before making those changes to your order. If you want a different size or color we will be happy to accept a return or exchange within 14 days. Items must be in the condition you received them, NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED with ALL TAGS/BOXES. |

Print and fill out the Return/Exchange Confirmation page and include it with the shoes that you wish to return. If you would like to request an exchange, just note that on the form. We'll send out the new ones as soon as we get these shoes back. If you would like your exchange to happen faster, simply indicate you would like a full refund and make a new purchase on our site right now. Please make sure you include this Returns/Exchange Form, as we are unable to credit your credit card without it. |

We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the state of CA. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.
